Executive Officers ALEXANDER W. RANGOS is the founder, a director, and has served as CHAIRMAN & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER of Car Spa since its inception. Alex is the major principal of the Company. Prior to founding Car Spa, Alex served as a non-executive, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of USA Waste, a publicly traded environmental services company. Alex also served in various management positions with Chambers Development Company, another publicly traded environmental services company, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Alex was responsible for the development of large-scale land disposal facilities - which are among the largest, most profitable and environmentally sound in the waste industry. RALPH J. GUARINO joined Car Spa in August of 2002 and serves as CFO and EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT. Ralph has an undergraduate degree in Accounting, from Bentley College and an MBA (concentration in Finance, Law & Marketing) from Northeastern University. Ralph has been a senior executive in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, spending 18 of those years at Papa Gino’s, a New England Based restaurant Company. At Papa Gino’s Ralph served in various executive capacities including President during a period where the Company store count grew from 24 to over 220 units. In addition, Ralph was Senior Vice President, CFO & a Director for Boston Market.
