Car Spa offers outstanding benefits to employees at every level of the organization.

Benefits

Medical and dental benefits are available to all full time employees. The employee portion is paid through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis. Coverage can begin as early as 30 days after employment.

Medical
Car Spa offers three different medical plan options: Buy Up PPO Medical Plan, CORE PPO Medical Plan, and SRC Medical Plan.  The PPO Plans differ only in their deductibles, co-payment percents and out-of-pocket maximums. Employees can choose to take employee only, employee + spouse, employee + children, or family coverage. Prescription drugs have a co-payment amount. The plans include an extensive network of hospitals and doctors, which, when used, provide a lower out-of-pocket expense to employees.

Dental
Dental coverage is also offered through three different plans: Dental PPO and in some locations, a Dental Maintenance Organization and SRC Dental Plan, in order to better meet the benefits needs of our diverse employee populations. You may enroll for dental benefits whether or not you enroll for medical coverage.

Vision
The plan covers routine eye exams and provides coverage for frames every two years.

Life Insurance
The basic life insurance plan provides benefits to full-time salaried employees. Supplemental, and dependent insurance is also available at group rates. Basic life insurance and AD&D coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.

Short-Term Disability
Short-Term Disability plans provide protection for up to six months of disability. This benefit is available to all full time salaried employees.

Long Term Disability
The long-term disability plan provides income protection, if the employee becomes disabled and remains continuously disabled for more than 6 months. This benefit is available to all full time salaried employees. Approval is required by the insurance carrier.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts allows employees to pay for qualified health care and dependent care expenses on a before-tax basis, which reduces taxable income. Eligibility for the above programs can be as early as 30 days after employment.

Direct Deposit Banking
Direct Deposit is available to make personal banking easier for all Car Spa employees. Employees can authorize Car Spa to directly deposit their pay into their personal checking or savings accounts.

Vacation
Our vacation program provides for you, time off with pay. The actual amount of vacation depends on how long you’ve been working at Car Spa.

Employee Discount
Store employees can take advantage of free weekly washes and discount lube services at their working store.
