Employee Training and Development
Car Spa is committed to growing people within our company. With our rapid growth, there are many opportunities for outstanding performers to grow within the company. Car Spa provides employees with a variety of tools and resources to help them learn new skills and sharpen their old ones!
Some of the highlights of Car Spa's Employee Training and Development Programs include:
New Employee Orientation All new employees begin their employment with Car Spa by participating in an Orientation Program. This program is delivered in a classroom setting or via computer. Employees learn about the services we offer, customer satisfaction, safety and employee benefits.
Structured On-the-Job Training All new employees complete a structured on-the-job training process that is specific to each position. This includes learning policies, procedures, quality standards, and computer systems. Some positions are required to complete a formal certification process.
6-week General Manager-in-Training Program New General Managers are sent to a designated store to be trained by a certified GM Mentor. This extensive 6-week training process provides the new General Managers with exposure to all profit centers and prepares them to effectively operate a Car Spa facility.
